We spent years building software for service businesses and kept hearing the same thing from care providers. The care itself was brilliant. Everything around it was held together with paper folders, WhatsApp rotas and spreadsheets nobody trusted.
Managers were spending evenings chasing shift cover. Carers were writing the same notes in three places. Inspection evidence lived in filing cabinets and inboxes. Families rang the office because they had no other way to know how their mum was getting on.
The tools that did exist were either built for hospitals, stitched together from separate products, or so dated that teams quietly worked around them.

We never stopped asking
Every feature in v2 exists because operators asked, described the problem, and confirmed we solved it.

It's a full rebuild, done properly, informed by everything we learned running version 1 for over a decade with 6,500 operators across 37 countries.
We know what the gaps were. We know what operators needed that version 1 couldn't deliver. We know what frustrated people and what they loved. Version 2 is the answer to all of that, built on infrastructure that will carry Curor forward for the next decade rather than the next few years.
It took longer than we said it would. Good software usually does. But we'd rather ship something that works properly than something that ships on schedule.
